| Résumé: | ABSTRACTThis article describe some reflections on the topic of the cultural and natural heritage in thetourist region of Puerto Vallarta and of how this one turns into an added value to the offer of thesun and beach tourism. Tourism development offers new structural conditions, globalization ofmarkets, the demand for greater flexibility of the various urban-territorial processes andenvironmental and socio-cultural sustainability. There are many studies and examples on thetopic in other countries, in the Mexican context is still incipient attention. It is necessary toestablish a discussion about what it means and how territory and cultural and natural heritage ismanaged. |
