This article analyzes the most relevant lessons learned from the implementation, both in the previous phases and in the link or relations between them, and in the corporate area of the company, when applying the constructablity in the planning stages, design and acquisitions, guiding the objectives of multidisciplinary teams towards the integration of a housing project built in Barquisimeto, Venezuela. The methodology was used in the integral process of the project, prior to the preliminary project, which led to the continuation of benefits in costs, times and quality of the final product in a pilot project La industria de la arquitectura, ingeniería y construcción posee gran actividad e importancia, ya que impulsa a otras áreas al satisfacer las necesidades de infraestructura de la mayoría de las actividades económicas y sociales, tales como vivienda, vialidad, educación, industria y salud, entre otras. Sin embargo, es una de las industrias que presenta menor productividad y que pareciera no haber aprovechado, tal como lo hacen otros sectores de producción en general, las oportunidades que brindan algunas filosofías de gestión para resolver complicaciones y dificultades. En el presente artículo se analizan las lecciones aprendidas más relevantes de la implementación, tanto en las fases previas como en el enlace o relaciones entre las mismas, y en el área corporativa de la empresa, al aplicar la constructablidad en las etapas de planificación, diseño y adquisiciones, orientando los objetivos de equipos multidisciplinarios hacia la integración de un proyecto de viviendas construido en Barquisimeto, Venezuela.
