Those of us who work in educational and research environments have been directly affected by a situation never before foreseen, testing the adaptation capacities to continue participating in the training process of students under the quality criteria expected in university education. Undoubtedly, an exhaustive analysis of the situation would involve knowing the experiences of the student sector and other sectors that make life within the university, it is not intended in these lines to make such an analysis, but rather to expose some ideas of how it has been the practical experience from the perspective of a teacher. Es motivo de reflexión el impacto que ha tenido la pandemia por COVID-19 en nuestras actividades habituales. Quienes laboramos en ambientes educativos y de investigación nos hemos visto directamente afectados por una situación nunca antes prevista, poniendo a prueba las capacidades de adaptación para seguir participando del proceso formativo de los alumnos bajo criterios de calidad esperados en la educación universitaria. Indudablemente, un análisis exhaustivo de la situación pasaría por conocer las vivencias de parte del sector estudiantil y demás sectores que hacen vida dentro de la universidad, no se pretende en estas líneas hacer dicho análisis, sino más bien exponer algunas ideas de cómo ha sido la vivencia práctica desde la perspectiva de un profesor.
