| Tóm tắt: | ResumenEn el contexto del desarrollo de megaciudades, este artículo explora las problemáticas pertinentes al caso de la ciudad de Rugao, en China, y propone, bajo los preceptos del Paisaje Urbano, un urbanismo táctico basado en la premisa de que el beneficio y la utilidad del proyecto no se impongan sobre el territorio. Esta resistencia táctica requiere, no solo enfrentarse a la producción masiva de transformaciones urbanas exclusivas, sino también desarrollar un entendimiento mucho más complejo de las fuerzas involucradas en la producción de atmósferas urbanas a través de las oportunidades que brinda el paisaje y sus habitantes.AbstractIn the context of the development of megacities, this article explores the problems raised in cases such as Rugao in China and suggests, using the precepts of Landscape Urbanism, an urbanism tactic based on the premise that the benefit and utility of the project should not in any way be imposed on the territory. Tactic resistance requires not only challenging the massive production of exclusive urban transformation, but also developing a more complex understanding of the forces involved in the production of the urban through the opportunities that the landscape and its inhabitants can generate. |
