| Achoimre: | This article is dedicated to exploring the injunctions that are designed with the new land regularization law (13.465 / 2017), from a conception of the context of drafting and approval of the law and the perspective of reducing the previous character of resistance that marked the land regularization processes of social interest and the rupture that arises in relation to the policy in force at the national level of training and qualification of public managers to act in land regularization processes. The work is based on a undergraduate research program financed by CNPq, between August 2018 and July 2019. |
