要約: | Brazilian planning, that historically prioritized land use control, today also looks at nature and cultural practices. This paper discusses the real and virtual experience of metropolitan planning in Belo Horizonte, based on citizens’ participation and new relations between nature and city-region. Metropolitan restructuring is inspired by the French green-blue weft, amplified by the Lefebvrean totality of perceived, conceived and lived spaces. Policies prioritizing life spaces, use values and the commons enhance existing and potential practices within the State and society. |
