| סיכום: | Through a study on the conditions of fire safety in the community of Amorim, located in Rio de Janeiro, it was possible to observe the existing lack of prevention and protection. This article aims to identify the deficiencies related to fire safety found in this community. As a result, it was presented a Fire Hazard Map, in which it was possible to identify the factors that contribute to the vulnerability related to the ignition and spread of fire. Furthermore, the most critical situations were identified and served as a basis for the residents’ training and the increase of fire risk perception. |
