In the second one, the concept of regional appears as an internal dynamic, that looks forward to reduce social-economical unfairness in Colombia, as well as the consolidation of an National State. El presente documento aborda el problema de lo regional en Colombia desde dos enfoques complementarios y simultáneos: el primero señala que lo regional es producto y responde a unas dinámicas externas enmarcadas en lo que se denomina la globalización, y desde la perspectiva del segundo en el que lo regional aparece como una dinámica interna que no solo busca reducir las disparidades socioeconómicas al interior del país, sino consolidar un Estado Nacional.
