Thus, it can be reaffirmed that it is not possible to reach sustainable and human development, across the relative objectivity of a system of publics spaces for low income population. Caracterizar a un sistema de espacios públicos en poblaciones de bajos ingresos para un desarrollo sostenible, implica aproximarnos al estudio poblacional y físico espacial a partir de tres grandes unidades de análisis: el sistema moderno, el desarrollo sostenible, y el desarrollo humano. Los resultados fueron: la mayoría de ellos presentan algunas deficiencias que pueden soportar un apropiado desarrollo humano, pero aún es más grave al reconocerse que los espacios públicos vistos como sistemas sólo expresan su disponibilidad hacia un desarrollo sostenible en un bajo porcentaje, lo que permite reafirmar que el desarrollo sostenible y humano, a partir de la objetividad relativa de un sistema de espacios públicos actuales en poblaciones de bajos ingresos, no es posible lograrlo mientras estén presentes los mismos elementos, recursos y acontecimientos urbanos existentes en la actualidad.
