Summary:The ecosystem environment and the natural balance are being negatively impacted by human settlements that induce to natural disasters and other city side effect problems. Difficulties due to the number of deprived immigrants which are establishes in periphery zones, marginal and slope areas, absent of urban planning, have generated urban settlements deprived of public space system that offers social or spatial support integration to the rest of the city.
