The Involuntary reestablishment face more serious consequences than its self causes. In addition to be no wished processes they have like obligatory aim the integration, the insertion in a weave and within a consolidated society that by ignorance and fear excludes, generating great sectors of ¨excluded¨ which are difficult to handle by the existing policies. Nevertheless some restlessness with respect to the possible forms of intervention and solution of this problem consider so that as much economic level as social it does not continue affecting so gravely the Colombian cities. El artículo expone de manera clara la realidad de las ciudades colombianas en cuanto a sus factores de crecimiento, planeación y organización, donde el tema de los reasentamientos involuntarios surge como consecuencia y probablemente como única solución inmediata a los graves problemas de desplazamiento que la población enfrenta. Los reasentamientos Involuntarios encaran consecuencias más graves que sus mismas causas. Además de ser procesos no deseados, tienen como fin obligatorio la integración, la inserción en un tejido y dentro de una sociedad consolidada que por el desconocimiento y el mismo miedo excluyen generando grandes sectores de ¨marginados¨ que son difíciles de manejar, por las políticas existentes. Sin embargo se plantean algunas inquietudes respecto a las posibles formas de intervención y solución de este problema para que tanto a nivel económico como social no siga afectando tan gravemente a las ciudades colombianas.
