Summary:Today the metropolis represents dominant demographic concentrations, where diverse urban activities and technological advances promise better levels of well-being. Simultaneously territorial problems and differences, are generating contradictory spaces we call “dichotomizing”. Along with this, it is the accelerated population increase, that results in the production of a “premature metropolis” this study will elaborate upon further.
