This has produced changes in the use of agricultural land, industry and technical infrastructures through the optimization of potential, transforming the productive base of the municipality from agroindustrial to agricultural, aspect considered its greatest contribution, as well as influencing the improvement of the natural, social and economic local systems.

El municipio cubano de Mayarí desempeña un rol importante en las relaciones socioproductivas del país e implementa un Programa de Desarrollo Integral (PDI) desde 2011. Para ello, desarrolló un instrumento no contemplado en el sistema de planes para el ordenamiento territorial, denominado Plan General de Ordenamiento Territorial de la Base Económico Productiva. Este ha producido cambios en el uso del suelo agropecuario, la industria y las infraestructuras técnicas a través de la optimización de potencialidades, transformando la base productiva del municipio de agroindustrial a agrícola, aspecto considerado como su mayor aporte, así como influyendo en la mejora de los sistemas naturales, sociales y económicos locales. La municipalité de Mayarí joue un rôle clé dans les relations sociales et productives à Cuba et met en pratique un programme de développement intégré (PDI) depuis 2011. À cette fin, un instrument a été conçu, qui ne figurait pas auparavant dans le système de planification de la gestion territoriale: Plan général d’aménagement du territoire de la fondation économique et sociale. Ce Plan a entraîné des changements dans l’exploitation des sols de l’agriculture et de l’élevage, de l’industrie et des infrastructures techniques grâce à l’optimisation du potentiel, modifiant ainsi la base productive de la municipalité de l’agriculture-industrie à l’agriculture, aspect considéré comme la plus grande contribution du Plan, ainsi que d’influencer l’amélioration des systèmes locaux naturels, sociaux et économiques. O município cubano de Mayarí desempenha um importante papel nas relações sócio-produtivas do país e implementa um Programa de Desenvolvimento Integral (PDI) desde 2011. Para isso, desenvolveu um instrumento não contemplado no sistema de planos de ordenamento territorial, denominado Plano Geral de Desenvolvimento. Organização Territorial da Base Econômica Produtiva. Isso produziu mudanças no uso de terras agrícolas, indústrias e infra-estruturas técnicas através da otimização de potencial, transformando a base produtiva do município de agroindustrial para agrícola, aspecto considerado sua maior contribuição, bem como influenciando a melhoria de os sistemas locais naturais, sociais e econômicos.
