Thus, given the special interest in planning and regional planning, at all scales, the contributions in this field are numerous and have been approached from different points of view, enriching both conceptual and practical discourse. This work of reflection therefore assesses the role of the measure of accessibility in territorial studies by reviewing and sharing the main proposed conceptual approaches to accessibility from a geographical perspective. It also compares some of the basic measures and indicators that have been formulated for its assessment. To conclude, the usefulness of territorial accessibility measures must be highlighted for territorial studies at different scales and as a decision-making support tool for territorial planning.

Evaluar las relaciones entre las infraestructuras de transporte y el territorio es una tarea compleja debido a los múltiples factores que intervienen en ello, siendo la cuantificación de la accesibilidad uno de los instrumentos básicos para su análisis. Ante el creciente interés que presenta la accesibilidad para la planificación del territorio, las aportaciones en este campo son numerosas y diversas, enriqueciendo los discursos conceptuales y prácticos. Este trabajo valora el papel de la medida de la accesibilidad en los estudios territoriales mediante la revisión y puesta en común de los enfoques conceptuales principales desde una perspectiva geográfica, comparando medidas e indicadores básicos que se han formulado para su valoración. Como conclusión, cabe valorar la medida de la accesibilidad territorial como instrumento imprescindible para estudios territoriales a diferentes escalas gracias a sus múltiples utilidades y como herramienta de apoyo para la toma de decisiones en el diseño de la planificación territorial. Cet article évalue les relations qui existent entre les infrastructures de transport et le territoire. Une approche complexe en raison des facteurs qui sont impliqués. Pour cela, l'un des instruments de base pour cette analyse est la quantification de l'accessibilité. Ce travail répond à l'intérêt croissant porté à l'évaluation de l'accessibilité dans la planification territoriale. Les contributions conceptuelles et opérationnelle dans ce domaine sont nombreuses et diverses. Ce travail considère la mesure de l'accessibilité dans les études territoriales. Un examen conceptuel est effectué du point de vue géographique, en comparant mesures et indicateurs. En conclusion, on peut indiquer que la mesure de l'accessibilité est un instrument essentiel, à différentes échelles, dans les études territoriales. La mesure de l'accessibilité offre de multiples utilisations et constitue un outil d'aide à la décision dans la conception de la planification territoriale. Assim, e dado o interesse especial que o planejamento e a Ordenação do Território apresentam em todas as escalas, as contribuições nesse campo são numerosos e têm sido focados desde diferentes pontos de vista, enriquecendo tanto o discurso conceitual como prático. Este trabalho de reflexão valoriza, portanto, o papel da acessibilidade medida em estudos territoriais através da revisão e compartilhamento das principais abordagens conceituais propostas sobre a acessibilidade desde o ponto de vista geográfico. Ele também compara algumas das medidas e indicadores básicos que têm sido desenvolvidos para sua avaliação. O artigo conclui-se com a evidência de que a medida de acessibilidade territorial é uma ferramenta imprescindível para os estudos territoriais.
