| Sažetak: | This article reflects on urban development policies based on the promotion of real estate valuation and urban renewal, linking the study with the possible impacts on the urban income structure. The case of the south of the City of Buenos Aires is taken into consideration and the Economic Districts policy is analyzed, understood as an initiative of revitalization and promotion of investments. From the investigation, it is concluded that the urban renewal in degraded zones is articulated with a tendency of plagiarism in the structure of urban land values. |
