Social networks inspire traders who opt for new business practices and bring in new, previously discrete economic players. The extent of commerce on social networks is almost proportional to their use by Senegalese society. Social networks seem to reinforce informal commerce in the city by involving a multitude of actors and places that contribute to the reinforcement of its complexity. Starting from this situation, these networks are updating the question of regulation, which adapts very little to digital innovations in perpetual change.

Recientemente, este comercio ha tomado una dirección basada en redes sociales que se adaptan cada vez más a las realidades socioeconómicas de la población. Las redes sociales inspiran a los comerciantes que optan por nuevas prácticas comerciales y traen nuevos actores económicos, anteriormente discretos. El alcance del comercio en las redes sociales es casi proporcional a su uso por parte de la sociedad senegalesa. Las redes sociales parecen reforzar el comercio informal en la ciudad al involucrar a una multitud de actores y lugares que contribuyen a reforzar su complejidad. A partir de esta situación, estas redes están actualizando la cuestión de la regulación, que se adapta muy poco a las innovaciones digitales en perpetuo cambio. Le commerce informel est très dynamique dans la ville de Dakar, marquée par une forte urbanisation. Récemment, ce commerce a pris une orientation en se fondant sur les réseaux sociaux qui sont de plus en plus adaptés aux réalités socioéconomiques de la population. Les réseaux sociaux inspirent des commerçants qui optent pour de nouvelles pratiques de commerce et font apparaître de nouveaux acteurs économiques auparavant discrets. L’ampleur du commerce sur les réseaux sociaux est presque proportionnellement à leur usage par la société sénégalaise. Les réseaux sociaux semblent renforcer le commerce informel en ville en impliquant une multitude d’acteurs et de lieux qui concourent au renforcement de sa complexité. Partant de cette situation, ces réseaux actualisent la question de la régulation qui s’adapte très peu aux innovations numériques en perpétuelles mutations. Recentemente, esse comércio tomou uma direção baseada em redes sociais cada vez mais adaptadas às realidades socioeconômicas da população. As redes sociais inspiram os comerciantes que optam por novas práticas de negócios e trazem novos agentes econômicos, anteriormente discretos. A extensão do comércio nas redes sociais é quase proporcional ao seu uso pela sociedade senegalesa. As redes sociais parecem reforçar o comércio informal na cidade, envolvendo uma multiplicidade de atores e lugares que contribuem para o reforço de sua complexidade. A partir dessa situação, essas redes estão atualizando a questão da regulação, que se adapta muito pouco às inovações digitais em perpétua mudança.
