Riassunto:Quiero Mi Barrio [I love My District] programme has been the subject of multiples analysis, in various perspectives. However, one of those which has not been considered yet, is to understand it as a sensitive affectation. In that text, we argue agreeing results from this approach, which permit to appreciate one part of the program intervention’s logic as a crucial dimension of its durability. But, mostly, it helps to apprehend forms in which the programme acts over these communities, its forms of sociability and the role assigned by the erected surrounding. We affirm that PQMB acts on these populations, assuming they are communities, but, in reality, operating these communities through/by a multiform and recursive intervention, in which materialities and objects found there all relevance, an intervention which seeks to convert population individuals into proud communities. Although the PQMB is a national public intervention, it has also internationally recognized for the innovative nature of its intervention’ strategy, making the analytic proposition that we offer here can be used in other equivalent interventions at the Latin-American level.
