Summary:One of the main criticisms expressed by those of us who are interested in understanding the living conditions that homes offer to their residents is the unquestionable fact of the cultural and environmental difference that prevails in the different regions of our country and the omission of these those who produce social housing in Mexico do mainly. Researchers often consider in our studies criteria that could bias the results, for example, the general information of the censuses, ranges or averages of certain indicators and even recommendations suggested by prestigious colleagues, all of them of undoubted value, certainly, more could suffer from one issue: the lack of correspondence to the local and even temporary realities of the particular sites and case studies.
