Se presenta la evaluación del componente prefabricado para techos denominado "Termolosa", comparando los resultados de la resistencia térmica (R), utilizando el dato de conductividad térmica obtenido en base en lanorma ASTM C177-97 (método de prueba del estado estable por medio de equipo de placa caliente con guarda), y el calculado por medio de la norma mexicana NMX-C-460-ONNCCE-2009, Industria de la construcción, aislamiento térmico-valor “R” para las envolventes de vivienda por zona térmica para la república mexicana, especificaciones y verificación, Los resultados indican que las variaciones se deben a los valores indicados en la norma, obviando que existen diferencias de propiedades entre los materiales que se utilizan para la construcción, de tal forma que la Resistencia Térmica resulta diferente y por lo tanto al aplicarlo con el cálculo en normas como la NOM-020-ENER-2011, Eficiencia energética en edificaciones, los valores de ganancias de calor en la envolvente resultan diferentes.
