A data-base of parameters determined in laboratory and obtained in the literature was created for carrying out computational simulation using a software that employs Energy Statistical Analysis. The computational simulation and experimental results were compared, based on the ISO 140 standard. The most influential parameter is the density, both for the analysis of masonry as an isotropic or orthotropic material. . Este artigo mostra a influência de propriedades físico-mecânicas, tais como densidade, módulo de elasticidade e coeficiente de Poisson, na identificação da freqüência crítica de coincidência, para o estudo do isolamento sonoro de uma parede de alvenaria de tijolos maciços cerâmicos. Criou-se um banco de dados com parâmetros determinados em laboratório e obtidos na bibliografia para a execução de simulação computacional, com software que emprega Análise Estatística de Energia (SEA). Os resultados simulados foram comparados com os experimentais, baseado na norma ISO 140. Observou-se que o parâmetro mais influente é a densidade, tanto para a análise da alvenaria como material isotrópico ou ortotrópico.
