Description
Summary:This study aimed to evaluate satisfaction with work environment and behavioral changes that can be derived from the organization of the workplace, taking into account how features like temperature, light, sound, color, space, and ergonomics constitute an important factor for optimal task performance and the good health of workers. The sample consisted of 27 individuals from the Institute for Planning and Promotion of Energy Solutions for Non-Interconnected Zones (IPSE), who participated in a post-occupancy evaluation (POE) through a questionnaire. The results demonstrated satisfaction with work environment and what conforms it. Finally, the degree of satisfaction was evaluated with all the elements of an analysis, and some guidelines were provided to design an improvement strategy.
