The conceptual mark establishes a journey for the disciplinary characteristic of the architectural project, the form like it is developed the teaching and the traditional learning of this last one, the pedagogic models, its conceptualization and some of the learning theories on which are sustained, and the conceptualization of the learning, so that its contrasts allows us to elaborate the fundamental mark for the construction of its specific relationships. En este se artículo presenta el resultado final del proyecto de investigación "Pedagogía y proyecto en arquitectura", cuyo objetivo primordial es el de establecer una estructuración entre el proyecto como estrategia pedagógica y didáctica y su relación con los modelos pedagógicos históricamente reconocidos. El marco conceptual establece un recorrido por las características disciplinares del proyecto arquitectónico, la forma como se desarrolla la enseñanza y el aprendizaje tradicional de este último, los modelos pedagógicos, su conceptualización y algunas de las teorías de aprendizaje sobre las cuales se sustentan, y la conceptualización del aprendizaje, de manera que su contrastación nos permita elaborar el marco fundamental para la construcción de sus relaciones específicas.
