The Caracas Avenue appears as a historical text to read and to interpret. With this road it is contributed to modernize the city and a frontier is set among social classes. The aspirations of the emergent elite are completed as a search to transform urban space in the way of a beautiful park way, a ravine, a boulevard or a garden avenue.
