| 总结: | Este trabajo contiene un diagnóstico de las normas venezolanas bajo la hipótesis de que las regulaciones vigentes de construcción no satisfacen los requerimientos de habitabilidad de las edificaciones. Se limitó a los aspectos de confort térmico, acústico y de iluminación, pues a pesar de que son factores que afectan en gran medida el bienestar psicológico y fisiológico de los habitantes, no están cubiertos en las regulaciones. En consecuencia, las respuestas arquitectónicas no corresponden a la realidad climática, sociocultural y económica del país. Un enfoque de sostenibilidad permite aplicar criterios de racionalidad en el diseño y uso de los recursos naturales y económicos. Como resultado de la investigación se propone un sistema de regulaciones coherente e integrado a lo largo del ciclo de vida de la construcción, con el fin de mejorar la calidad de los ambientes construidos, la racionalidad energética y el impacto ambiental.AbstractThis work contains a diagnosis of the Venezuelan standardsunder the hypothesis that the effective regulations of construction don’t satisfy the requirements of quality of the constructions. It was limited to the aspects of thermal, acoustic and lighting comfort, because although they are factors that affect in great measure the psychological and physiologic well-being of the inhabitants, they are not covered in the regulations. In consequence, the architectural answers don’t correspond to the climatic, socio-cultural and economic reality of the country. A sustainability focus allows to apply approaches of rationality in the design and in use of the natural and economic resources.
