总结:Rosario, Argentina, is at a turning point regarding its process of metropolization, so significant transformations of its architectures are taking place. Complex places in which identities, cultural practices and binding relationships are expressed. Where the architectural forms that define them promote or prevent, as the case may be, the proper functioning of the same.
