الملخص: | This paper presents time as a dimension where different variables influencing the consolidation of popular urban sectors are structured and connected. The evolutionary condition of these sectors is explored through the concept of the "non-permanent" which, by moving through the different socio-cultural dynamics, allows us to think about how the uncertain, symbolic, diverse, and multiple can define over time the physical characteristics of the territories. The case study will be the Berlin neighborhood of Cali, Colombia, beginning with the social and cultural process of usurpation and pirate urbanization, where the variable of the political will be taken as a reference, in order to expose the urban-architectural as something fluctuating and impermanent. |
