Sumario:This paper studies a collaborative program among the Computer Design Center at the University of Houston, the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Bío-Bío and SERVIU (VIII Region). Under this program, these two entities will use microcomputers to model, analyze and design social housing. Architecture, design and project assessment software will be used to create unique and satisfactory dwellings that could be automatically transformed in the event of modifications to building standards.
