| Streszczenie: | This paper is based on class notes by the author entitled "Some theories about social housing". An approach to the so-called housing deficit in Chile is there presented, based on the statistics from the Chilean census of 1992 and CEPAL. The storms and earthquake which in 1997 devastated our country are also mentioned as well as the housing figures which are the result of the action of the Housing and Urbanism Ministry in 1995 and this year. Some considerations on this topic are presented here. |
