| Samenvatting: | The real estate market in the historic center of Guanajuato begins the boom process in thefirst decade of the 21st century, with tourism investment in cataloged real estate to turn theminto boutique hotels. The changes in the use of residential land mixed with commercial andservices occur partially and at the same time, as well as the partial, total rent or the purchasesaleof the properties listed as heritage, previously in 1982 and in 1988 Guanajuato is declareda world heritage by UNESCO. Analyzing the real estate market in the historic center ofGuanajuato is the objective that leads us to establish the methodology for collectinginformation and field work.The article is made up of four sections, in the first they cover the theoretical framework. Theurban history of the city as the second section. Followed by the third section with the heritageaxes in the historic center of Guanajuato, to contextualize the use of heritage land. Finally,the property real estate market is addressed. We conclude with the conclusions and thebibliography used in the text. |
