The series of urban bubbles that have been generated in different parts of the city of Culiacan, where the flow of money is visualized in their constructions, express minimalist or fictional designs in their frontal scenarios and form part of the environment of the new housing subdivisions. These new centralities express the urban fragmentation in the territory from the exclusivity of the consumption, although not all can consume it, therefore the virtual walls that originate from fast roads of communication in their majority for the automobile, and where the Public transport generates routes that surround such urban projects, with an evident delimitation that expresses the socio-spatial division. Las nuevas centralidades que se han configurado en el territorio culiacanense se ven impulsadas por grandes proyectos urbanos, que en su mayoría incluyen usos habitacionales y comerciales, destacan por arropar una serie de fraccionamientos cerrados tipo privadas con la finalidad de generar pequeñas comunidades que tienen la mayoría de los servicios, como los comercios más exclusivos de la ciudad a unos pasos de las viviendas. La serie de burbujas urbanas que se han generado en diferentes puntos de la ciudad de Culiacán, donde se visualiza el flujo de dinero en sus construcciones, expresan diseños minimalistas o de ficción en sus escenarios frontales y forman parte del entorno de los nuevos fraccionamientos habitacionales. Estas nuevas centralidades expresan la fragmentación urbana en el territorio a partir de la exclusividad del consumo, aunque no todos pueden consumirlo, por lo tanto los muros virtuales que se originan a partir de vialidades rápidas de comunicación en su mayoría para el automóvil, y donde el transporte público genera rutas que rodean dichos proyectos urbanos, con una evidente delimitación que expresa división socio espacial.
