| Zusammenfassung: | The revision of Director Plan of Viçosa was initiated at the end of 2006. The revised text presents two main characteristics: the guarantee of public participation and self applicability. The realization of public hearings and audiences had the support of City Ministry recommendations. In the project sent to the City Council, the role of the municipal councils is reinforced. In it is also established a variegate set of forms for public participation. The plan has a series of self applicable tools on a way that does not depend on posterior regulations. |
