总结:Citizenship, community and consensus are basic concepts that govern the current public policies of renewal and rescue of public spaces, particularly those focused on strengthening their political faculty. Defining public space as a platform for recognition, confrontation and constant negotiation of individual or collective interests raises fundamental questions: is it possible to strengthen the political faculty of public space without establishing consensus as a final statement? Which opportunities does the evocation of dissent, above consensus, allow to establish as a fundamental axis of policies to strengthen the political faculty of public space? The article attempts to answer these questions from a reflective theoretical review by contesting the levels of autonomy implied in the processes of institutionalized citizen participation, while opening a new debate on the centrality of everyday actions in self- organization.
