Miêu tả
Tóm tắt:This article links social justice and design. First, it presents some of the most accepted definitions of justice. Afterwards, it explores John Rawls’s approach of justice as equity as well as Martha Nussbaum capabilities approach; both authors frame their ideas on distributive justice. Later, it presents Axel Honneth’s approach underpinned on a critical tradition, of justice as recognition. Finally, in dialogue with those two perspectives that nurture the current conception of social justice, this article proposes ways on how the design contributes to achieve social justice.
