总结:This paper analyzes how inflation-adjustable mortgage loans, which began in Argentina in April 2016, led to a new form of restriction on access to housing and interceded in its urban distribution with respect to the center of the city of La Plata. To do this, we depart from a theoretical analysis and a specialized background review, qualitative techniques are also incorporated, complementing statistical data from official sources and own surveys. In the first part, the real estate market and its link with the financial sector and the problem of access to housing are analyzed. Subsequently, the characteristics of these mortgage loans in the country are reviewed; finally, there is a particularization and territorial distribution of the homes offered by the real estate market in conditions of being mortgaged, in accordance with the range of financing proposed for these loans in the city of La Plata during the years 2016-2018.
