| Zusammenfassung: | To conceptualize the sustainable city, we must analyze it from its origins and its transformation over time, due to social, economic and environmental changes. Since the entry of capitalism and industrialization, cities have been transformed into metropolises. This causes social and environmental problems, such as the generation of pollution, as well as the exploitation of natural resources, and a lack of environmental social responsibility. Therefore, there is a need to take strategies to integrate the economic, social, environmental and territorial spheres, and, similarly, create a social conscience to be able to preserve the city in a sustainable way. |
