The organization Proyecto Esperanza Milani, self-convened women from Manfredi’s town (Córdoba Province, Argentina), is taken as the object of study. Firstly, both the grouping and the conceptual framework for the disciplinary approach are analyzed and contextualized. Then, the study is expanded with data searching (through guided or “in-depth” interviews and an opinion survey) for a town’s situated understanding. Lastly, the organization is revisited with the aim of developing a design strategy for local intervention: from a gender perspective approach about entrepreneurship and empowerment, personal brand communication and the insertion of women in the socio-productive environment. |
